Okay, that's not a terrible hat. It's definitely cute and serves its purpose for ponytails. The part I love! But. WHAT ABOUT GOD TERRIBLE SMELL?!?! When I opened the package, she FELT it smelled like vitamins to me. Like a first aid kit. I sprayed the Lysol and Febreeze hat several times but the awful stench didn't come out! Besides, whose head is it supposed to fit? Child? I have a slightly larger head, but not huge, and I've never had a problem with hats like this. So suck. I hope it will stretch over time because even if it's loose my head hurts. Hence 3/5 stars for me.
