Review on Smart watch SUUNTO 5, burgundy copper by Mateusz Dbkowski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am satisfied, the product fully corresponds to the description.

The timepiece serves as a sports timepiece. They possess the foregoing in order to accomplish their goal. Nevertheless, there is a drawback that cancels out the benefits. The watch's built-in heart rate monitor is its biggest drawback. We've at rock bottom now. After two hours of sluggish jogging, it displays a pulse of 180 and requests that you slow down even further. Adjusted the strap until it hurt. Then, after an hour, their heart rates were 130, 160, and 170, respectively. On the tempo, they displayed 180 throughout the 2-kilometer warm-up, and 160 when they finally attained the goal pace. Even at resting heart rates, they typically only have a chest sensor. The screen is too small, the characters are too small, and there is no option to change the font size, thus people with eyesight difficulties are advised against taking it. The dials are cool, too. One came not too long ago, and while it is quite standard, the rest allow you to choose the supplementary data (battery life, second time, moon phases, sunrise/sunset times, step count, etc.) shown. The concept is sound, however the symbols are too small for my age (51) and vision (1) to make out clearly, with the exception of the major time. The hours are typically not clear cut. They require a chest sensor and excellent eyesight, and for $23,000, you can opt for something more practical and reassuring.

Pros
  • Quality, components, and construction. Training mode data displays that can be tailored to individual preferences. The transmission of aural information. Training mode with an optional battery mode. Powerful enough battery to meet my needs. In practice mode, you can pick between a dark and a light aesthetic. In training mode, you have the option of keeping the screen's backlight on at all times. The inclusion of the SuuntoPlus feature, which automatically records data on a variety of metrics and displays the results at the end of each lap. Setting the clock's mini-navigator to navigation mode. Training mode with a "reset to zero" option.
Cons
  • Just 0.8 inches in size. The heart rate monitor was completely inaccurate. There are just 9 odd dials built in.
