ok unfortunately i have to give this device 2 stars not for its design or features because everything is great and my daughter loved using it. But just today I cut myself on a very sharp piece of wire sticking out of the fabric. My daughter just crawled in and almost missed it. He's smart enough that I'm scared of the damage he might do if it falls right on top of him. We've never twisted this thing since we opened it up, so we haven't stressed the wire by twisting and untwisting its bundle. We've only had this for 4 months. This is a serious quality issue and security risk. No child's toy should break and have super-sharp parts they can stab themselves with. I am attaching a photo of the line. Honestly, I think it should justify the rating.
