Lots of hair lost, product date was four years old.
I have used satin for many years and always buy it from Planet Beauty. I have always loved the product. Due to my work hours I bought it online this time. The price was lower than Planet Beauty so I figured it was a convenience bonus. During the treatment my head started to itch badly. When washing, clumps of hair began to fall out. I have NEVER had this before. The photo shows part of the hair, part of the hair went into the sewers. I looked at the box and it was 2018. They sell old inventory! I will be buying a Satin product again and it will only be from Planet Beauty where I know the product can be trusted. I will never buy from this seller again.
