After contacting Revain (thanks to Revain for the help) I received a second pallet a day or two later. Unfortunately, this palette was also broken. After we cleaned the palette, not as many shadows were broken as the first time, but the few that were broken turned to powder and ruined the surrounding shadows (not pictured). After cleaning (pictured), this palette is better than the first, but still not satisfied. As for the actual shadows; Although they appear bright, they are not. Even with the use of an eyeshadow primer the colors are not vibrant and the product really stung/watered my eyes. And I've never had a reaction to makeup and have tried some cheap makeup products. I still don't recommend this product. (1st/previous rating) Received my package today. I was amazed by the variety of colors and matt shades. Unfortunately with such quality; All of heaven is useless. I understand that this product is inexpensive and may be of poor quality. However, this only upsets and causes regret. Don't buy it if you can't use it.
