I have had so many problems with my feet over the last few years. My legs hurt so much that I became a recluse. I had tendonitis both times and now plantar fasciitis. I have leg cramps all the time. After just spending a day with it under my desk at work, I can feel a huge difference. My legs no longer feel tight and sore. They feel tingly - in a good way. I look forward to going for a walk and not resting along the way. I know it's for legs but I might try calves. I also like that it is small, good looking and non-slip. I would highly recommend this to anyone, leg issues or not, if you sit a lot. A great way to scatter the blood when you're stuck at the table.
