Review on License Asset Manager by Brett Kolpack

The simplicity of this system to manage our Software assets was great! It has been very easy to use with no issues at all so far. I did not have any problems using it as my first time user nor in training other users who are new to license managment tools. This program makes managing your licensing really simple because you can see what's going wrong instantly without having to go through multiple steps that may or may not be correct. If there were more features available we would like them but overall i am satisfied by how well everything works together. We had some minor customization done which they quickly fixed when requested (which was awesome). They also provided us with excellent support during implementation process. Licensing needs improved reporting capabilities across different departments within an organization. Currently only one department reports its progress towards compliance requirements. Also need better integration between product lifecycle and management processes. Need ability to track cost.
