I got this as a gift for Christmas and it's amazing! The material is very soft and flexible, like a small, heavy, fluffy blanket. I have severe headaches that start in the neck and I can amplify them to hit the right spots. I already have a shiatsu massager specifically for your neck and it works great, but I prefer this one because it can be moved anywhere. I use it for my lower back especially the sciatica and it's amazing. This is a very deep massage, similar to kneading. Nobody personally can give such a good massage. At least not as long as I want. There's also a heating mode, which is nice. It also has a vibrate switch mounted on the back of the device that can be turned on at different levels individually or in combination with a deep tissue massage, but I don't really like that option. It makes me numb. I don't like that feeling, so I just don't use that option. I am completely absorbed in the deep part of the Shiatsu device. This is really a good product!
