Review on Dockem IPhone X/XS Wallet Case: Built-In Metal Plate For Magnetic Mounting &Amp by Noah Lewis

EDIT BELOW READ FIRST COMMENT. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this case for the style and overall durability it was supposed to offer my phone. However, when I received it, I found that this was not the case. The phone fits but doesn't cover the top edges very well. I can still see the colored frame on my iPhone and the corners move really slightly. You are flexible. For what I'm doing, the case just won't work. I never thought that a case would offer reliable protection. At the same time, I like the built-in magnet, and I've used it a lot. It was a good idea to position the magnet so that the phone would still be compatible with wireless charging. The card slots only fit two cards, so it's not really a replacement for a wallet. I liked the case but found it a little smaller than enough for me. If the top edges (the parts that delimit the screen) were higher and a little more folded, I'd be happier. The versatility of the case is great. I wish it was a little better designed in terms of the screen. EDIT: The support team was quick to try to resolve my issues and for that I'm giving this review another star. However, the original problem persisted in the replacement case that was sent to me. The edges of the phone case are not as tight as I find, deserve good overall protection. While I didn't expect this case to be reliable protection for my phone, I do expect it to give me peace of mind that my device is protected from normal drops and that it protects the screen with a raised edge. With two cards installed, the case pulls back a bit. The red border of my iPhone XR is visible from all sides when I look at the phone screen. I understand this is a thin design, but that's easily resolved by hugging the phone tighter or adding another millimeter of lip coverage. Many other case makers have slimmer card cases than this one and still manage to hug the phone better. I'm just not impressed. I'm sorry people. I appreciate the efforts made by customer service to resolve this issue, but I just can't imagine wearing a case like this and feeling like my phone is secure. I've used other subtle designs that work better.
