Pretty much as advertised and works great for the 12 points I use. The diameter of the glasses base is about 3.25 inches so I would be interested if 12 glasses with a 3.5 inch base will fit as advertised. I screwed the screws into the bottom of the wood drawer in the closet so it was much easier to insert the screws under gravity than against it. I had no trouble with the included screws and pre-drilled the holes with a small diameter bit to go through the plastic and then the wood. I used a couple of washers on each screw as the included screws would pop out on the other side of the shelf.
