First of all, I'm not allergic to it. (My review would be different if it were me.) I bought a set of six earrings in three colors. They close at the back and do not cause any discomfort during sleep. They are beautiful and do not jingle (like cheaper jewelry, prong gemstones tend to jingle softly when the prongs are loose. This is not the case). O-rings, and these three sets (twelve O-rings total) were in a big, tiny zipper. I'm very happy with the extra rings - losing a set on my latest CZ cleats was the reason I bought more - I could easily see those solid years as I essentially have 10 extra.
