Review on Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse - Glacier (KTF-00056) by Byron Howell

I loved this mouse. I've had this mouse for a little over two months. The scroll wheel has completely stopped working. It just spins freely in the mouse. Based on my research online, this is a VERY common manufacturing defect on this mouse. I contacted Revain support for help. In the "Get help from Revain" section, they say they offer "free 90-day coverage" but refuse to replace the mouse or give a refund. The support rep also refused to acknowledge that it says so on their website. He left our support chat. Microsoft support was useless too. Such a waste of money. PLEASE NEVER BUY THIS MOUSE!
