Customer service was fantastic as I received the wrong item they sent me a replacement for the correct item and I love it it's a good durable case that I use in my work can use. Space while watching my workout videos as it holds my iPad in place with its large magnets, it also works great in corner mode to rest on my lap and I don't have to hold the iPad, a plus is that it does also has an Apple pencil holder. All round good article.
