The set with 25 slides is of little use at best (for a beginner; and therefore not worth the price. I gave the set 1 star. The most serious disadvantage is that the set consists of: 13/25 or 52% plant samples, 6/25 or 24% bacterial/fungi/algae samples, 4/25 or 16% human tissue samples and 2/25 or 8% other animal samples (including only 1 insect slide) Why too many slides with plant specimens?Why not enough slides with human and other animal tissues?In general, a box of 25 slides is the best aspect of the set.Of course a better set of slides for beginners could be prepared and offered.I think I'll ask for a refund can - C.
