Review on AUTOSAVER88 Clear Lens Headlight Assembly for Dodge Dakota 1997-2004 & Durango 98-03 - Replacement Headlamp by Jeffrey Gallagher

One star because I initially liked them. The transparency of the lenses allowed the headlights to shine as brightly as possible. However, at the time of writing this review they are only 4 months old and the reflectors in them have already melted/broken. I use Philips "CrystalVision Ultra" 9007 halogen bulbs and in my opinion the headlight assemblies should have been able to handle each bulb just like the OEMs. Obviously, the plastic materials used to manufacture these assemblies are significantly inferior to those used by OEMs. Cheap materials make adjustment difficult, partly because I feared the controls would break. Don't buy them; Spend more money for better quality. Now I have to buy new ones again. This error will not occur again.
