I would give 5 stars but no manual. I couldn't find any instructions for this model online. I have long hair on the back of my head. My hair has been falling out for 4 months. I like how the massager feels on the scalp. My hair didn't get tangled, which was my biggest concern. I've done a lot of research on hair loss and all sites recommend massaging the scalp to improve blood flow and therefore hair growth. I was blessed with thick hair, so this great loss didn't result in bald spots. The jets on this massager are firm, but will not scratch or damage the scalp. It is charged when taken out of the box. I would be grateful if someone could help me find a manual for this massager model.
