How easy it was to configure our pipeline from start to finish. The support team were very helpful when we needed help getting something configured or looking at some of their products. Nothing really! We have used them before but they weren't as good then so maybe that's changed now. It just takes time to get everything working together. If you are happy setting up stuff yourself this could be useful. Automating our CI/CD process which has definitely improved how quickly we can deploy new features and fixes.
