Uncomfortable for baby

Looks like a great idea but unfortunately very uncomfortable and uncomfortable for the baby. We bought this pillow because some reviews said it supports the beautiful shape of your child's head well but is so uncomfortable and dissatisfied with this product in his chair. I have tried placing it in different ways but with a pillow under his head my baby's chin is pressed to his chest, he is 3 months old. I would not recommend it
