I liked best that they had an open door policy when it came to feedback or questions, and their approach was always friendly and professional. This is a great agency that gets results! We are looking into some social media marketing strategies, so this was ideal for us to see what we can do through them. There wasn't much to dislike other than that it might be useful to have more services offered by them, but I think they were doing more than we needed. They got our brand out there, and we were able to engage with our customers through their social media channels. A win-win situation!
