Received laptop with wrong specs - List says AMD Ryzen 7 2700U, AMD Radeon RX 540 but actually has Ryzen 5 2500U and Radeon Vega Mobile graphics. I don't know if they screwed up or if the list is actually just wrong. That being said, the main reason I have to return this laptop is that the display is too dim. I can't use the laptop intelligently for long periods of time without straining my eyes, it feels like it's constantly moving or something. Too bad, because otherwise I'm a fan of the glossy display. The keyboard layout is also condensed - if you don't have room for a number pad, just don't include it, it's useless anyway. The right circuit does not always work. The keyboard backlight also turns off after 30 seconds without being able to stay on, which is a minor issue. It also seems cheap and plasticky, but that might just be a personal issue. The laptop is also loaded with an incredible amount of malware. I also can't set up a double swipe as something useful, like e.g. B. Going back and forth between pages. Overall I'm most upset because it came pretty close to being a good laptop, but they just didn't pull it off in a lot of ways.
