As this was my first tablet purchase I read some reviews on Revain and several other websites before purchasing. Everything started great. I was very impressed by the tablet. Excellent speakers and excellent response. I probably used my tablet a little more for the first three months, but I ended up using it for apps like Netflix, Pandora, and a few puns. I would consider myself a fairly light user. When I later decided to make better use of my tablet investment, I found that the touch response was slower. I contacted technical support. You have now solved it. That was before the next problem. Here I am two months out of the 1 year warranty and now the tablet just shuts down and starts restarting. Sometimes I can log in after a few reset hits. Asus tech support suggested doing a factory reset. After that, I just get the home screen and drive until the battery dies. I was initially so excited about the purchase that I bought the smaller one for a family member, another light user. I need to check if there are any issues although I would not recommend buying this product to a friend or anyone else.
