Outstanding and friendly customer service/support

This review is long overdue but I really wanted to take the time to say what a great product this is, not to mention the level and response time of the support team My Opinion I think that's more than what you usually get from most companies! So, I'm a natural redhead β€” more of a coppery red at first (like a shiny new penny) β€” but as this freaking aging begins, my hair color changes. Many flowers! (EEEK!) I'm more of a dark strawberry blonde/copper mix these days, but I have spots that grow silver, blonde, a little bit brunette, and strawberry red. fun right?! Not between root touch-ups, that's not it! So this powder is a quick way to even out the color at the roots if needed. Judging by the pictures on the internet I thought it was a copper red shade but when it arrived I found it too dark and maroon. I contacted the seller, she responded VERY quickly and with a few emails going back and forth with several sample photos of my hair in different lighting conditions, she was able to send me 3 more swatches in different colors to try. The strawberry blonde turned out to be a great match and the return/exchange was incredibly easy! As for the product. I'm usually in a hurry, but I apply it after washing my hair and drying it gently. I work out almost every day and have had no issues with sweat moving or running color which is great (even with a headband)! Because I have long, dry, curly hair, I can't wash it every day, so I have this color on my roots and temples for days without having to do much touch-up (or not much when I do).2 caveats: First , if you scratch your scalp you can see the paint getting under your nails. It doesn't leave stains, but can be a bit intimidating at first. ;-) Second, if you're applying with the brush fully open (as opposed to a raised rim for more control or to recap) and you're in a hurry (like I usually do!), be careful. Be careful where you apply it as accidental powder can end up on the counter/sink/floor. It wipes off a sink or countertop fairly easily, but it's designed to saturate the color, so don't rub it where you wipe it! If you have a light-colored bathmat or floor, I'd go where you don't mind the occasional powder and where it lands. :) Finally, I've tried a root refresher spray in the past and I LOVE it (I find the sprays work a little quicker and more precise and a little less messy), but being a redhead there's always just a shadow. You can always find it in stores (L'Oreal has a dark red touch-up root, as does Rita Hazan) but us redheads have a harder time finding a match and we're not the majority so I can't find a match anywhere! So if I had just one wish: maybe this supplier will expand its range to include sprays and powders at some point! She has such an amazing range of colors, it would be great to have a spray option! I would highly recommend using their products. :)
