I don't usually like overly themed jewelry, but I have to admit, these pearl mermaid tail stud earrings are cute as hell. The sterling silver is of good quality and the tiny CZ crystals add just the right amount of sparkle but not too much. The hypoallergenic factor is a definite plus, since there are sometimes reactions to cheaper metals. The only reason I am giving these earrings 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are a little more delicate than I expected. That being said, they're still perfect for weddings, bridesmaid gifts, or even just everyday wear for those who want to add a little whimsy to their outfits. In general I am satisfied with the purchase!
