I love these baby tins. I try to remove as much plastic from my kitchen as possible, so I buy a lot of glass and stainless steel storage containers and other items. After buying this container I was amazed and quickly bought another one. And I think I might buy more soon. They appear to be excellent quality stainless steel and the lids fit snugly. They're great for storing dry foods like nuts and seeds, and I've also used them to store berries, cheese, and tofu in the fridge. The lids appear to be a snug fit and can be "snapped open" to release excess air. For what I bought these containers (about $5 each), I think they're worth it. I also bought this branded set of 3 nesting boxes which appear to be VERY similar to the brand. The container and lids actually look exactly the same except for the markings on the lids. This container is the same size as the medium container from the MIRA set (8 ounces).
