I bought this roller set in case it works on my non Neweer C-pillars. As it turns out they fit both the kupo turtle base and the no name stainless steel tutrle base I bought off ebay. The wheels slide easily over the nameless stand's legs, as if they were made for this stand. Kupo bars require a little extra force to attach the rollers, but require no additional tools and can be removed with a little extra torque. These casters make it easy to move the 20" C-Racks around my studio. Wheels make rigs less stable and I wouldn't recommend using them on something heavy or already unbalanced. I do NOT use long outrigger rollers. I use sandbags (also additional ones) on wheels. Now I have a second set of these and they fit on the bases just like the first set. I would recommend trying these out for any reel stand. 25mm (1 inch) diameter legs.
