When I received the package I found it disheartening. I watched several videos. I've decided that I can do it myself. Smells just like the homemade perm I had in the 90's. The worst part of the whole experience was having to wait for the timer. Be sure to watch the video first. There were instructions in the kit but it's better to see someone else make it. You should also follow the instructions that come with it so you don't lose your eye. As a beginner, I thought I was fine. It seems like a lot of glue is needed to attach the lashes to the top of the pad. A little difficult to keep the lashes separated on the pad. I feel like my left eye is either more curled or my lashes are longer than my right 🤷‍♀️. (I did both eyes at the same time, maybe that's why) Who knows. I thought I bought a perm and color product. It wasn't. This was squeezing me a bit since I had that in the search bar. In general, I did not lose my eye. This is cheaper than entrusting it to the "professionals". My mascara cracks when applied to permed lashes, so I'm calm and untinted. Note: I had my contact lenses on and everything was fine. Don't do what I do, I guess I'm just lucky 😉
