There are questions to the seller, in my case the battery had 4 charge cycles and a couple of small scratches on the bottom cover. I didn’t have the strength or time to figure it out, I called Apple, they confirmed by the serial number that the product was completely new. I assume that the laptop was imported by the so-called parallel import from Europe, since in the European, for example, Lithuanian apple store, you can order any poppy with the 2022 layout of the Official one. And it seems that at some stage someone messed up. Otherwise, the thing is simply gorgeous, I have already flown with it to the UAE and use it every day.
