I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 that I use at home but I prefer a larger screen (easier on the eyes). I have an old Dell All-in-One that I just wanted to use as a monitor with my Surface Pro 2. Since the tablet only uses Type-C connections, I had to buy something that can connect to the Dell. So I bought this C-HDMI cable and it works perfectly. I didn't have to do any setup with Dell and didn't have any issues with screen flickering etc that you can get with this type of setup. Please note that I am using the Dell purely as a display and not as a secondary monitor.
