Too RIGID/rigid and with sharp edges
This bag was too hard or hard. Has a small hole. I have small hands and had trouble reaching in and out of the bag to get the contents out. The edge was sharp. The top handle was bent when it arrived, as the material was too hard/tough it was impossible to fix the bent part.
