Scale Engineering is one of the best in the industry when it comes to ease of use. It can be used on just about any device and any OS. It has an excellent library of video format support that is constantly growing, however the customer support is not on par with the other major players. Their free tier is too low and you can easily beat the price point of most players competitors. If you’re looking for a video service with an easy to use interface then ScaleEngine should be at the top of your list. We have a multitude of video formats supported such as mp4, h.264, ogv, etc. and can scale from mobile to broadcast. The ability to scale quickly, easily without having too many resources in place at once. I don't have any dislikes about this product so far - it's been very easy for us as we were looking into solutions that would allow our users to consume more data faster than what they currently could with their current solution (which was not really scalable). We've also seen an increase of usage since implementing S3-CDN enabled by Scale Engine CDNs.
