REVIEW UPDATE: March 26, 2017 After scouring emails I came across an additional message from the company that was buried while I was busy with other things. Their customer service is absolutely amazing which is why I'm changing my rating to 4 stars simply because of how pleasant they are (a wonderful break from the sometimes frustrating customer service routine these days) and how committed they seem to the quality of their products and their satisfaction Customers. More updates to come! ORIGINAL REVIEW December 11, 2016: I wanted to give this review 5 stars. In fact I did. I like the quality and it blocks out outside noise quite well, which I can't say about my other headsets. But there are two big things that really excite me about this thing. 1. AUX cable. It's very finicky and starting to misbehave and I haven't used this product much, much less the cord, in a long time. That's a bit disappointing.2. Keys. They worked fine the first day, but now the buttons are deformed and seem to fall into the headset. The VOL DOWN button can no longer be pressed. This is what REALLY pisses me off. If I have reliable bluetooth then I can use the buttons right? So what good is a Bluetooth headset if I can't operate the buttons? I like this headset for its quality and the fact that it doesn't turn off when I plug it in to charge, but there are actually two issues with the product. I'm really getting killed here. I recommended them to a friend of mine before these issues became serious and I can only hope that after regular use their headset will perform better than my disguise.
