The lights in the skirt are cute, but the skirt is completely see-through. Be sure to wear shorts or leggings underneath. I don't think it's bad for the price. my daughter loves it
- I bought this for my daughter's Halloween costume and she loved it and I got so many compliments!
- The skirt may not be suitable for certain types of dances.
