Review on ⌚ Enhance Your Style with the Timex Women's Ironman Transit 33mm Watch by Theresa Simonsen

Dud... Poor customer service policy from the manufacturer. You have been warned!

I had a Timex watch that lasted years before it stopped working. This stopped working after two months. So I think I just received a faulty one (which I understand happens, and it's okay for the manufacturer to fix a replacement). The digital watch face won't turn on and the Indiglo display stopped working about a month after purchase (that didn't bother me as I rarely used it). I missed Revain's return policy (not Revain's fault), but I honored the manufacturer's 90-day exchange policy. CLEARLY Timex thinks it's reasonable for the buyer to pay $8 return shipping just to send the watch in for repairs only (not worth it for the price of the watch) which will take 4 WEEKS (probably not including shipping time). This is a $30 watch...do you really expect your customers to buy a padded envelope and pay about 25% of the shipping cost to return a defective product? I would understand if it was an expensive watch! But that's not the case. However, this does not mean that Timex has the right to sell defective products and is not responsible for their quality. So who wants to buy. Yes, these are affordable hours. Yes, it works fine when it works! But if you have problems, if you receive a poor quality product, do NOT expect the Timex manufacturer to maintain the quality of their product. Time to look for a new watch brand...
