came as in the photo no problems there was no trigger (no problem for me) the seller sent a new one. Actually it wasn't a problem) after 3 uses the top segment bolts have the same problem, even with very minimal settings, it's a problem as now it can barely support the weight of my phone, the actual part of the phone that holds the part of it , can hardly carry my phone (Galaxy S10e with transparent hard case) which causes my phone to move during use. I also want to mention that this light very slowly fell less than a foot onto my bed as the plastic molding above the ring light popped out (I was able to put it back on). For $50 I was expecting a bit more quality than my previous ring light but I think I'll just go for another better quality in the future if you want buy it.
