Working but having issues

I bought this motherboard to use with an AMD 5950X. I tried to use the Q-Flash button but couldn't load the BIOS file. I was able to boot into the BIOS and update it that way. I read another review about problems using the XMP profile, but I used it with no problems. One problem I've encountered has to do with the built-in Bluetooth. The Bluetooth hardware will randomly disappear and the only way to get it back is to turn off the computer and unplug the AC adapter for a minute, then plug it back in and restart. According to my research on the internet, many people have this problem. The latest F11p BIOS did not fix the problem. The USB ports are also quite wobbly. I keep getting TONS of disconnects and driver errors when using any of the ports, with the exception of one red USB 3.2 port. All the buttons like the button for my Logitech mouse or the button for a regular USB keyboard give me errors. Not sure what the reason is. If these issues are fixed in a BIOS update I will upgrade to 5 stars.
