Five fingers are not for everyone. i just love her This is my fifth pair in eleven years. If you like five toe shoes, you will love these. They aren't advertised as running shoes on Revain, but that's what the running shoes say. They are super grippy and hold your foot well. I've worn other five-toe shoes for running, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling (under fins), rock climbing, yoga, weight training, and military gym. I think these shoes go with all of the above. One caveat - they run small. I wear a fixed size 8 and have always worn 38-39 depending on the model of five-toe shoe. This required a size 40. 39 was insanely small. Otherwise great shoes. Some have velcro which I don't like. They have no Velcro (a small Velcro strap to secure the tongue) and are very breathable. Tongue for tightening the laces. Very well designed. Tip - if they stink, I wash in hot water with scented laundry pellets or sports supplements like Method's. Dry in the sun. Peppermint foot spray is good too.
