I remembered the old 2010 iPhone 4 bumpers when I ordered these (which I remember are comfortable and thin), but in the end I was disappointed with the thickness of the raised edges that made the phone uncomfortable to use. In fact, it's a worse grip for one-handed use than no case at all. It's particularly noticeable at the bottom of the screen, when your thumb tries to press the bottom button but gets lifted by the raised edge of the bumper. Edit: Support contacted and resolved my issues, they were great.
