I loved the brush from the first use. It's durable, has a pretty nice smell, like fresh wood if I could describe it. One of the teeth broke or was defective within the first week, but I noticed when I opened the box that it looked slightly damaged. HOWEVER I emailed them and got a response in 4 hours or less and I received a replacement in 2 days! This is 4 days before the estimated delivery date, which is very nice! This is not defective, smells great and is just as durable! So I would say that the consistency of the product is excellent. And thanks to customer service who responded so quickly and got me a replacement very quickly and better yet they let me keep the faulty one which saved me the time of going to UPS or FedEx.
