The arrival date was between 17th June and 9th July which I thought was a big gap but it was delivered on 10th June. Ordered on 05/26. The bar itself was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but I got an engraving that looked exactly how I wanted it. The "yarn" that makes up the bracelet is a little flimsy so it can tear, but the product turned out exactly as I imagined and at such a great price. I got a couples bracelet and was concerned about how big a full length real men's bracelet would be, but it opens enough (he has a large wrist). My wrist is small (women's bracelet), but when you close the bracelet all the way, it is perfectly sized. I tuned the front and back and it looks great!
