I have had this product for a few months now and I really like it. Like some of the other people who left reviews, I struggled with how difficult it was to adjust the legs, but I put up with it. It wasn't that bad, it just wasn't as "easy" as the product page suggested. Anyway, last week I went to have both legs adjusted at the same time (a task I've successfully done several times) and both legs just broke off in my hands! I contacted the company and they expressed their surprise and replaced it. immediately free. It was a positive customer experience and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Since then, a replacement product has been a dream. I use it literally every day.
