Bought a truck from a smoker. I have taken the appropriate steps to clean every surface of the interior. I also sprayed Ozium into the A/C intake. After about 2 weeks the smoke smell was still there and it seemed to be worse some days than others for no reason. Cleaning definitely helped, but it was still an issue. After loading into the truck, after about 2 days, there was practically no smell. I didn't notice until about a week later when the smell was mostly gone completely. So much so that I could resell the truck if I wanted to and no one would say there was a smoker there. I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend it. There are no miracle cures, so if you don't thoroughly clean the interior and neutralize the air ducts, don't be surprised if you still have odors.
