Review on Shielded Direct Burial Outdoor Phone by Virgilio Feliciano

I used this phone cord to run straight from a phone company jack under my house to a router in my living room. I used to have constant dropouts and other problems from interference in the old wiring. After installing this telephone cable, all these problems disappeared. The connection type might confuse you as it says "RJ11/RJ12". RJ11 is the standard phone cord, while RJ12 has an extra wire for businesses with multiple phone lines. Both ends of this cable are RJ12 phone jacks with an extra wire in them, but they work like RJ11 phone cables. If you don't need the extra cable, just don't use it. The way it connects is the same as RJ11, so you can connect it to your phone or your router. If I had one complaint about this product, it's that it's too long for what I need. I would have preferred a medium size as about 25 feet of this cable rolled under my TV. This is my personal need and not a single star has been removed. If you need a long phone cord this is a great product and I would highly recommend it. Five stars
