Review on ๐Ÿ‘ถ Hudson Baby Muslin Cotton Sleeveless Wearable Sleeping Bag Sack Blanket - Unisex by Amy Moultrie

Strange zipper placement but high quality fabric

I am very upset with this sleeping bag. I bought this for my 18 month old who doesn't use a blanket but likes to sleep in a sleeping bag. In winter, their fleece pockets began to warm. She had muslin sleeping bags last summer but they don't make them the big size she needs so we bought 2 of them. First of all I can't recommend them for an older child because of the zipper. I didn't understand the other reviewers who complained about this, but I'd love to listen. This makes these sleeping bags almost useless. It's just weird. It zips up at the top, but that means she can literally open the sleeping bag (without having to close it). It's very badly designed. Other reviewers seem to complain about other toddler zipper issues. The top of the zipper is covered with a small piece of fabric so it doesn't seem dangerous to me, but I'm not sure. The quality of the muslin is high. It's very soft. It's a little thicker than I expected. It's like 3 or 4 layers of muslin. It's a lot thicker than the muslin bags we had last summer. It might be too hot for midsummer but perfect for spring. The pink forest animal design is very cute. Given the low price and high quality, this could be a good option for babies aged 6-12 months. But for an older child I would not recommend it.
