I like the look of the lightbulb. They are well packed. All the bulbs used worked right away and so far none have burned out. If you want a light that isn't as yellow and not as bright white that throws you out of the room, 4000k is a good intermediate light. I can do my makeup, read with it, cook with it, and it doesn't feel like I'm working by candlelight, nor is it so bright that I feel the need to wear sunglasses.
