I didn't buy this tablet because I thought it was the best. I got it temporarily, just didn't know it would last two weeks temporarily. I used to have a tablet. I'm trying to restart using the button on the side. I'm trying to hold down the power button and + or - the volume down. Nothing, I refuse to open a brand new tablet to check the battery. No matter how disappointed I am with an item I always find something to use as this is the first time I want to return an item so quickly. Trust me when I tell you, it all happened because I wanted to convert power into energy conservation.
