They are very small and very light making them very easy to knock over, although they have survived a fall out of a tank once or twice. In operation for about 3 months. The brackets are very weak. They were too short to fit the rims of the 2.5G tanks I was planning to use them on and it was my fault for not being able to measure better. So I can't tell if they stay on their rimmed tanks but I've put them in the mounts and so far they're sitting well on my tank's glass lids so I can still use them. The power cord is too short to make a proper drip loop, which is a safety issue, but the adapter is compact and fits most power rods, which is appreciated. For the price and for very small tanks they are not bad.
