I love self-massage. I have almost all the tools at home, but I didn't have any of them. Overall, when connected and working, it does a good job of stretching the upper and lower back. It's nice. My complaint is that it has to be plugged in for it to work. I was impressed and even the product literature says it's rechargeable. It is not. It would suit me if the cable going into the wall was at least twice as long. You must be within 4 feet of an outlet to benefit. The included documentation also states that it runs an automatic 15-minute massage program, but it doesn't. Mine turns off after about three minutes and I have to turn it back on. I like it and will use it, but it needs to be rechargeable or the cord needs to be much longer.
