These are high quality, self-adhesive laminating pouches for wallet sized cards and photos. At least they are as good quality as the Scotch and 3M I have used in the past. Simply insert the card, peel the foil off one side of the pouch and pinch both sides together. Then cut off the excess. This is the last step that can get you into trouble if you're not careful. If you cut the plastic too close to the item being laminated, it will open up again. You must leave at least a minimum margin around all sides of the product to be laminated. You can waste a few of these bags by learning how to cut them properly. But once you get the hang of it, they work really well.
