I like how easy it was to set up my website with them! They are very helpful when you have any questions about setting everything up for your site or if there's anything they can do better/worse than what other providers provide (like pricing). Their customer service team responds quickly whenever we need help via email which helps immensely since communication between us isn't always immediate as well due to time zones etc. It would be nice sometimes if their support staff could call me directly instead of having someone else answer all calls because then i don't get alerted right away so its hard knowing whats going wrong without getting an update first hand through chat. This has been great though - just make sure you know exactly who will assist you before signingup otherwise it may not go smoothly at times depending upon where things fall short during setup process.
