Easy to use for a beginner, but I've been making sushi for a long time and I'm used to using a bamboo mat. It's interesting to make sushi differently. The only thing that doesn't impress me about the sets is that you can't cram much into them. Much more filling can be put on a bamboo mat, so the taste of sushi will be much better. It is well made and worth the money.
